The new 2015 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe has been revealed today and will go on sale this fall, after its debut at the 2014 New York Auto Show.

Replacing the CL63 AMG, the new 2015 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe comes with a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that is tuned to produce 577 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque (a 40hp increase over the CL63) an it pushes the car to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds. This engine is paired with a 7-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission with Sport, Manual and Controlled Efficiency modes. The new S63 AMG Coupe has also a performance-oriented AMG 4Matic all-wheel drive (33/67% split) that will come standard in the U.S. market.

Like all AMG V8 and V12 engines, the engine for the S63 AMG Coupe is assembled by hand at the AMG engine shop in Affalterbach, according to the strictest quality standards based on the “one man, one engine” philosophy. The 2015 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe features also the full air-suspension system Airmatic, with the adaptive damping system ADS Plus. Tobias Moers, Chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-AMG GmbH says about the new S63 AMG:

The new S63 AMG Coupe is another exciting AMG dream car in the luxury segment. Now the S-Class Coupe also comes with performance-oriented AMG 4MATIC all-wheel drive – as we rigorously pursue our all-wheel-drive initiative. Mercedes-AMG is putting the pedal to the metal again in the new year. Our model initiative is set to continue at blistering pace in 2014.

Aston Martin Vantage N430

The new Aston Martin V8 Vantage N430 is a special edition of Aston Martin’s V8 Vantage which will be shown for the first time at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show on March. The N-badged cars of Aston Martin are all developed using experience gained from Vantage GT race cars. In this case, the Vantage N430 is inspired by the Vantage GT4 race car.

Available in coupe and roadster form, the V8 Vantage N430 has all the same curves and dimensions of a standard V8 Vantage, but adds a slew of menacing dark-themed accents, graphite-painted corners and forged-alloy wheels. The Kevlar and carbon-fiber seats also contribute to creating a general image of a “bad car”.

The name “N430” comes from the powerful 4.7-liter 32-valve V8 front mid-mounted engine that produces 430 horsepower and 361 pound-feet of torque. The engine is paired with either a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed SportshiftsII automated transmission with paddle shifter. The N430 can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds and has a top speed of 190 mph.
